WHY YOGA FOR MEN?
We believe that men deserve the freedom to unlock their highest potential while becoming healthier, more mindful, and more aware of their body-mind connection. Additionally, regular practice of yoga improves your self-awareness and often leads to deeper and happier relationships and manifestation of positive masculinity.

Moreover, as you can discover in the "Why for Men?" section, several studies and references suggest that when men prioritize their inner well-being, emotional intelligence, and nurturing relationships, it can have positive impacts on their families, communities, and society as a whole.
Through yoga lessons, specifically formulated for men, you build strength, get more flexibility and improved balance. Unlike women, men tend to be less flexible and their bodies require attention in other areas, such as shoulders, hamstrings, and back.
This yoga also focuses on mental aspects of your health, such as conscious breathing and practicing mindfulness.

This yoga series is composed by Vinyasa classes (dynamic style with coordination between breathing and movement), Yin (for improvement of flexibility and range of motion) and Yin-Yang (a balance between active use of power and relaxation).

On selected Thursdays per month, while you give your body and mind the chance to integrate and recover, you can choose to join the Men Circle at Atelier OHM.
