Hi, I’m Edu (Eddy or Eduardo!) Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Coach.
As a father of three and a high-stress corporate professional, I understand the challenges men face in finding balance.

Yoga became my anchor for reducing stress, correcting postural imbalances, and forging an unshakable mind-body connection.
Now I guide other men to rediscover their innate strengths: patience, presence, and power. Whether you want to improve your fitness, manage stress, or simply feel better in your skin, you’re in the right place.
